Abu Faraj al-Libbi, believed to be the third most influential man in al-Qaeda, has been seized in Pakistan, the local government announced. Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said the suspect had been caught earlier in the week. Libbi is wanted in connection with two attempts on the life of Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf. Last year, a reward of about USD 340,000 was put on Libbi's head.
