Deadly Attack Slaps Premier's Rally in Somalia

An "accidental" explosion killed seven people at a Somali stadium Tuesday as the prime minister was addressing a huge crowd of supporters. The explosion went off as Ali Mohammed Ghedi began his speech. He later told the BBC that a security guard had accidentally set off a grenade. Several thousand Somalis fled the Mogadishu stadium in panic after the blast, the BBC said. Several people were reportedly injured in the stampede.
