Bulgaria joins the rest of the world in celebrating the annual worldwide Earth's Day marked on April 22. Bulgaria's Environmental Ministry joined world initiative under the motto "Green future for the children." A Week of the environment is being held in Bulgaria to mark the 35th anniversary since the first Earth day was mark. A special initiative for separation of rubbish into suitable containers was held on Friday. The aim of the campaign is to attract people's attention to environmental protection and to build some ecological culture among the Bulgarians. Earth Day is an annual worldwide holiday that is celebrated with the common goal of local and global harmony with nature.
