Bulgarian sharpshooter Martin Petrov might have broken his leg during Wolfsburg-Bayern last weekend, it emerged Monday.

The forward suffered a serious injury but an x-ray test is needed to specify whether there is a fracture.

The other Bulgarian player in Wolfsburg, Marian Hristov, is also out of the pitch because of health trouble. Several knee surgeries have been keeping the defender away.
