Forks&Corks: Peppers Stuffed "A la Blanc"

Ingredients: 20 baked, peeled and marinated red peppers
2 eggs
200 g cottage cheese
100 g white cheese
100 g spicy cheese
basil, black pepper

Instructions: Stir all cheeses into one homogenous mixture, add the eggs and put in some basil and black pepper, if you like it more spicy. Fill in the dried red peppers with the cheese-spiced mixture and row them down in a plate. Grate some yellow cheese over the ready-to-bake peppers and put inside the heated oven. Bake for some 20 minutes until a crispy core covers the stuffed red peppers. Bon appetit!
