At Least 11 Iraqis Killed in Mosul

At least 11 Iraqi policemen have been killed in a blast near a hospital in the Iraqi city of Mosul, police say. Another six were injured in the explosion, which happened as the officers were gathering to receive pay. Correspondents say the incident is the deadliest since the landmark elections on 30 January for an interim Iraqi national assembly. Separately, one US soldier was killed and two others wounded in a roadside bomb attack in northern Baghdad.
