Dutch producer Endemol, which sold the format for Big Brother to Bulgaria's Nova TV last year, denied it mulls to sue the most popular local TV talk show "Slavi's Show".

Rumours have it that the Dutch giant suspects the talk show of copying its hit reality TV series "Star Academy" in "Academy Ku-Ku Band".

We watched the show and have no intention to go to court, say Endemol managers, as cited by local 24 Hours daily.

They explain that "Star Academy" is shot in a special house with a hidden camera unlike "Academy Ku-Ku Band", aired by the national private TV channel bTV.

Still we will continue to follow the show of Mr Slavi, the managers add.

We have held the rights on the brand "Academy Ku-Ku Band" for years, says Rossen Petrov, head script-writer in "Slavi's Show".

"Star Academy", licensed by Endemol, is expected to kick off on Nova TV channel in several months.
