The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an armed wing of the mainstream Fatah movement, said Saturday that they were ready to agree peace with Israel. The group said they supported peace efforts by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. "We are ready to accept a mutual ceasefire, but Israel should also pull its troops back to the September 2000 lines, release all Palestinian prisoners detained by Israel and let Palestinian deportees return back home in Gaza and the West Bank," a spokesman identifying himself as Abu Ibrahim was cited as saying.
