The owner of the Buenos Aires nightclub where 183 people burned in a fire on December 31 was brought to court. Omar Cnaban refused to answer to the questions of the court. Many believe that Chaban has acquired the club license by bribing the authorities. At the time of the blaze there were over 3000 more people than the license allowed. The blaze in the crowded nightclub in Argentina's capital may have been caused by a young boy, the local media reported. There are still over 250 people in hospital, some of whom, in critical condition.
