Forks&Corks: Milk Soup

Ingredients: 1 Ѕ cup milk, ј cup butter, 2eggs, ј Lbs Bulgarian Feta cheese (or Yellow Cheese Kashkaval), Ѕ cup rice, savory or black pepper, salt.
Serves 4-6

Preparation: Bring the milk to boil and dilute with 3 cupfuls of warm water. Add the rice, salt and boil until cooked. Take the pot off the fire, season according to your taste, mix in the butter and thicken with beaten eggs. Serve with crushed Bulgarian Feta cheese or grated Yellow Cheese Kashkaval.
