Albanian, Greek Border Rattled by Quake

An earthquake of 5.5 on the Richter scale shook the border area between Greece and Albania on Teusday, but there were no reports of damage or injuries. The epicentre was about 50 miles north of the Greek city of Ioannina, on the other side of the border and inside Albania. An earthquake of a magnitude between 2.5 and 3 is the smallest generally felt by people. A quake of magnitude 4 to 5 can cause moderate damage in populated areas.
