Federation of Bulgarian Alpine Clubs (FBAC) marked Saturday its 75th anniversary in Sofia.

FBAC awarded some of Bulgaria's most prominent alpinists with club's plaquettes.

The event was attended by many Bulgarian alpine climbers from different generations, including members of the 1984 first Bulgarian Everest expedition.

Among the guests of the meeting were also Petar Beron, Head of the Bulgarian Speleology Federation and Nikolay Panayotov, FBAC Chairman.
