Letchkov Says Goodbye with Football Show

Bulgarian top footballer and now Sliven's mayor Yordan Letchkov bid farewell to his football career with a benefice game that will take place in Sliven.

Almost all football stars from Bulgaria's most successful team that became fourth in the world in 1994 attended the special show. Bulgaria's coach Hristo Stoitchkov heads the Stars team.

Before the beginning of the game Bulgaria's President Parvanov awarded Letchkov with the Honorary Sign of Bulgaria's President. Letchkov received the high award for his contribution for the development of Bulgaria's football.

The great footballer was also greeted by Interior Chief Secretary Boyko Borisov and Defence Minister Nikolay Svinarov.

More than 20,000 viewers attended the sports show.
