"You risk, you win", the winner of the Golden Shoe and national squad's coach Hristo Stoitchkov told reporters at a press conference Monday commenting on the timely and successful tactics he applied against Croatia.

Bulgaria ended 2-2 draw against the hosts on Saturday.

The total of 18,000 have been sold out for the upcoming clash Wednesday between Bulgaria and Malta on Sofia's National Stadium.

It will be the last match for Bulgaria in its World Cup Qualifier for this year. A victory over the Malta outsider would rocket the Balkan team on top of the group after it snatched a valuable point from current leader Croatia on Saturday.

According to national coach Hristo Stoitchkov, Malta will pose the biggest challenge to the team this year and the players will be as much as possible motivated and prepared to carry out "a faultless game" unmarred by the mistakes seen in the first quarter in Zagreb.

Stoitckov announced that the team would play without defender Radostin Kishishev who suffered a serious injury.
