Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry was widely perceived as the winner in a second public debate with incumbent George Bush. The two sparred over the Iraq war, as well as over the economy, healthcare system and taxes. On Wednesday, the third and final debate will take place in Arizona. Poll results have showed that the first match-up between the candidates was a draw.
