The Cabinet discussed whether it is reasonable Christmas holidays of Bulgarian employees to be 10 days long, Finance Minister Velchev said. Initially, ten days off for the holidays – from 22 till 31 December – were suggested. Following the objections of big financial companies however a second proposal was made to the Cabinet. According to it 22-26 December and 30-31 December are to be non-working days, while 27-29 December – working days. The Cabinet is still to take its final decision on November 22d.
