Turkey's EU Talks Face "No More Obstacles"

There are "no more obstacles" for Turkey on its path towards opening EU accession talks according to Enlargement Commissioner Guenter Verheugen. Ankara's delay for an important penal code reform, concerning the criminalisation of adultery had earlier troubled EU officials. Turkey's prime minister said a new penal code did not include a controversial clause banning adultery.
