UEFA will donate the children of terror-stricken Beslan, , a playground for mini football, the governing body of the organization decided during its meeting in Sofia.

The European football association will fund their construction in the North Ossetian town to promote local sports and happy childhood of the kids in Beslan.

Sofia also got its brand-new mini football playground on Friday when two deputy presidents of UEFA inaugurated the site in Sofia's Spanish Language School.

Norwegian Per Ravn Omdal and British Jeffrey Thompson took part in the two-day meeting of UEFA governing body in Sofia.

The official opening was attended by Bulgarian coach Hristo Stoitchkov and the deputy chief of the national Football Union Borislav Mihailov. Earlier in the day Stoitchkov signed his contract for becoming the face of Jaguar from the car's importer to Bulgaria Moto-Phoe, which is a partner of the Professional League in the country.
