Dutch EU Presidency marked its six-month tenure on the helm of the Union with a spectacular ballet show in Sofia Opera Thursday night.

The Introdans Ensemble for Youth ballet from the Netherlands performed as part of the cultural program of the Royal Embassy, under the aegis of Her Royal Highness Princess Margriet.

Since 1971 Introdans has grown into one of the biggest and most active ballet companies in the Netherlands. It is known for its unique style in which classical elements are combined with contemporary techniques.

The Introdans dancers come from all around of the world.

Last season Introdans staged in Russia, South Africa, Switzerland and United Kingdom. During the upcoming season Introdans planned performances in Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom and for the second time on Broadway 42nd Street New York.
