In a life-long attempt to turn the standard point of view toward surrounding world and create a shared space, Italian artist Anna Moro-Linn presented her latest project in Sofia.
The project "Shared Space" represents a fixture of 30 paper-made carpets covering the floor of the hall of local CIBank. The carpets are made from uniquely interwoven letters send to Anna from her friends around the world.
Their stories on the carpets resemble an Oriental picturesque mosaics echoing in as many languages as there were probably once on the Babylon tower.
Anna Moro-Linn lives and makes art in Venice. The Italian enjoys worldwide fame, but visits Bulgaria for the first time. Her unique "carpeted-stories" will be exhibited also in Plovdiv's Ethnographic Museum.
