Fashion faithfuls will hardly be surprised to know that the empire of late fashion guru Gianni Versace is landing on Bulgraian market.
They are rewarded with the Versus shop opening doors at the 7 Kaloyan Str in downtown Sofia with the special attendance of Santo Versace, brother of Gianni and Donatella, and financial head of the Italian company Gianni Versace, S.p.A.
Coming to Bulgaria for the first time, Santo Versace said he was eager to visit Bulgaria's Black Sea coast and Varna city, probably some other time, as he is leaving for Milan on Thursday.
The high-fashion Versus shop spreading on an area of 200 sq m will be the first place in Bulgaria to offer Versus-branded clothing only, as Versace's products have been accessible for Bulgarian customers in other luxurious shops so far.
The famous fashion house is founded by Gianni Versace in 1978 and has developed as a family business. His brother Santo Versace is taking care for the finances of the company, while his sister Donatella deals with the designer teams.
The company produces and sells luxurious items, accessories, perfumes, cosmetics and interior furniture branded with Versace, Versus, Versace Jeans Couture, Versace Classic V 2, Versace Sport, Versace Intensive, Versace Young and Palazzo Versace.
