The judge in Michael Jackson's child abuse trial intends to cut down the number of items that can be used as evidence against the music superstar. The judge said that 70 items, out of 120, were seized from parts of the Neverland ranch that were not included in the police warrant. The first hearing of the case is scheduled for September 16.
