A group linked to Al-Qaeda ally Abu Musab al-Zarqawi claimed responsibility for the car bomb attack, which targeted Iraq's environment minister on Tuesday, warning it would not miss the next time. "This morning, a valiant knight from our suicide brigades set off to strike a pillar of infidelity, Environment Minister Mishkat (Moumin)," said the statement, posted on the Internet. The authenticity of the statement could not be immediately verified.
