Venezuelans are voting in a referendum that will either remove populist leader Hugo Chavez from the presidency or keep him in office for two more years. Queues formed at polling stations hours before the vote, which began at 06:00 local time and ends at 18:00. The president's opponents called the referendum, accusing him of dictatorial behaviour and economic mismanagement.
