Milosevic Trial Postponed

The war crimes trial of Slobodan Milosevic has been postponed until August 31 because of his ill-health. The former leader of the defunct Yugoslavia is suffering high blood pressure. He was due to open his defence on Monday but the case has been delayed on the advice of doctors. The two-year trial has been delayed several times because of the war time leader's poor health. Milosevic is charged with more than 60 crimes, including genocide, relating to alleged atrocities in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo.
