Bombs Target Istanbul Banks

Small bombs have exploded outside four banks in Turkey's Istanbul and the city of Izmir. Three people have been slightly injured in Friday night's attacks, local officials said. But authorities suggested the devices were planted rather for just making noise than causing serious damage. Security has been a special concern to Turkey, which will host a NATO summit in the end of June. US President George Bush will be among the participants.
