Hundreds of fans bade an emotional farewell to legendary R&B musician Ray Charles, as his body went on public display at Los Angeles' Convention Center a day ahead of his funeral. Ray Charles died at the age of 73 in Los Angeles last week after suffered an acute liver disease. On Friday, recording stars including Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson and B.B. King will play musical tributes to Charles at his funeral in a Los Angeles church famed for its gospel-soaked services. Former US president Bill Clinton, renowned music producer Quincy Jones -- Charles's longtime friend and collaborator -- and comedian Bill Cosby will also deliver recorded tributes at the two-hour ceremony.
