Khodorkovsky Hearing Starts

Russia's richest man Mikhail Khodorkovsky was brought before court from jail for a hearing that may set a date for his trial for mass tax evasion and fraud. The former chief executive of oil major YUKOS has languished behind bars since his arrest in October. Khodorkovsky faces trial on seven counts, including fraud and tax evasion running to over USD 1 B, and could go to jail for 10 years if found guilty.
