Ukraine star singer Ruslana won its first Eurovision Song Contest title in Istanbul. The charismatic brunette and her dancers performed their number "Wild Dance," a mix of rock and folk music. Ruslana garnered 280 points from the televoting in the 36 participant countries. Jeljko Joksimovic of Serbia and Montenegro, was ranked second, followed by the favorite, Greek heartthrob Sakis Rouvas, and his stripping dancers.
