Poland celebrated its Constitutional Day, just a day after President Aleksander Kwasniewski officially designated former deputy premier and finance minister Marek Belka as prime minister. Belka's appointment is still to be approved by the 460-seat lower house of parliament. Military parades marked the Consitution Day, Poland's national holiday, in Warsaw, on Monday.
