Saudi security forces killed at least three suspected militants in a late-night raid in the city of Jeddah. Reports said a gun battle broke out as police officers surrounded four men in a block of flats after a car chase. The suspects are believed to be Islamic militants, but it is not clear if they are connected to a suicide bomb attack on Wednesday in the capital Riyadh. Two of the men figured on a list of most wanted Saudi terror suspects, a police source told AFP news agency.
