Serbia, Montenegro Foreign Minister Resigns

The Foreign Affairs Minister of Serbia and Montenegro Goran Svilanovic submitted his resignation late last night. The move is not unexpected as his party coalition lost the parliamentary elections last December. Vuk Draskovic, once fever opponent of Slobodan Milocevic, is the new candidate for first diplomat. The ministerial reshuffle is expected to be approved on Friday.
