The ministers stated what their proposals and objections to the drafted budget are. The Ministry of Finance will answer in written form to all the questions and proposals for amendments on October 30. The syndicates position on the budget will also be considered. On October 31, the Cabinet will have another extraordinary meeting for final approval of the budget. After the Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg signs the proposal for the budget, it will enter Parliament for reading in the evening of October 31.
