The US are searching for a replacement to Haiti's now Prime Minister Yvon Neptune, US Secretary of State Colin Powell acknowledged. The news comes days after Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide resigned under US, French pressure, and went into exile. Neptune, however, stayed in office then, despite being a close ally of the ousted president.
