The Ministers start discussions on the budget and the tax changes on October 29. The amendments are to be discussed so late because they had to be approved first by the International Monetary Fund. The changes and proposals have to enter Parliament on October 31, the latest. In case that the Cabinet does not abide by the term, Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg will have to explain in Parliament what are the reasons for the delay. He will also have to ask for special permit for later reading of the documents in the Parliament.
