No Trace of Explosives in Moscow Water Park Debris

Experts did not discover any traces of explosives at the scene or in the debris from the Transvaal Park swimming and recreation complex in Moscow, which collapsed on February 14, 2004, killing 27 people, Russian news agency Interfax informed. This comes to confirm investigators' certainty that the catastrophe was caused by technical factors, Moscow Prosecutor Anatoly Zuyev said on Monday.
