Blast Kills 5 in Vladikavkaz

At least five people were killed in the second deadly blast in the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz, capital of the province of North Ossetia. This is the second deadly blast for the last three days in Vladikavkaz, 100 kilometers (60 miles) west of Chechnya, where separatist rebels and Russian forces have been fighting since 1999. Russian officials have blamed previous bombings in the region on Chechen rebels.
