Airplane Crashes in Uzbek Capital, All Aboard Killed

A Yak-40 airplane with 36 people on board crashed late Tuesday in Uzbekistan's capital of Tashkent, world news agencies reported. All 32 passengers, including two foreigners, and 4 crew members were killed in the crash. The black boxes of the plane have been found.
