Russia's Richest Man Stays in Custody

Russian tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky, also said to be the country's richest man, will stay in custody for another three months, as ruled by a Moscow court. Khodorkovsky, who was charged with tax evasion and embezzlement, was hoping to be let out on bail. Court's decision, however, means that the man will be in jail on election day in March. Since Khodorkovsky is seen as a possible candidate for the presidential post, his supporters insist that there are political reasons behind his detention.
