Some 90 people may have died in landslides caused by rains in the Philippines late on Friday, officials said. According to official reports, most of the victims were asleep at the time when the disaster occurred. Some 80 houses were buried in mud, rescuers reported. By now, 13 people have been officially reported dead, other 83 are missing and feared dead. Some 250 have been rescued.
