German court surprisingly decided to free a key suspect for the September 11 terrorist attacks in the US - 30-year-old Moroccan Abdelghani Mzoudi. The reason for the dramatic legal twist was said to be that there was "a strong possibility for the man to prove incapable of organizing the attacks." However, charges against Mzoudi have not been lifted and the trial goes on.
