Six Spanish Agents Killed Near Baghdad

At least six members of a Spanish intelligence team were killed in Iraq Saturday as they returned from a mission south of capital Baghdad, according to information from Spain's Defence Ministry. A journalist who drove by the murder scene said he saw four bodies in the road, a triumphant crowd kicking them. The Spaniards came under attack some 30 miles south of Baghdad, Spanish official said. Reportedly, two burning vehicles have also been spotted at the site. Spanish helicopters have been sent to evacuate any survivors.
