A Turkish state security court charged nine people over last week's attacks on British targets in Istanbul. The men are suspected of aiding and abetting those who drove truck bombs at the British consulate and the offices of London-based banking giant HSBC. The two blasts killed at least 28 people and injured 450 more and occurred days after similar bombings of two synagogues.
