China, N-Korea "To Resume Nuke Talks"

China and North Korea have agreed in principle to resume six-party talks on Pyongyang's controversial nuclear programme, Chinese media have reported. The announcement came as one of China's top officials urged North Korea to return to the negotiating table. Beijing hosted six-nation talks on North Korea's nuclear programme in August, but they ended inconclusively, with Pyongyang vowing to press on with its project.
