The forecasts of several polling agencies for the upcoming presidential elections showed that there is decline in the voters` turnout compared to the previous general elections. `However unexciting the presidential race and predictable the results may seem, it is really hard for social analysts to make projections,` Kuncho Stoichev from Gallup told Darik Radio. Gallup expects the turnout to be around 50%. According to MBMD, it will be over 50%. `There will be a second round of voting since the outcome of the elections seems so obvious that many may decide not to go to the polling stations,` Petur Zhivkov from MBMD forecasted. `Market Test Polling Agency expects the turnout to be 50-55%,` Roumyana Buchvarova said, quoting the agency`s poll, conducted two days ago. The Alfa Research projections are for 60% turnout. At this stage of the election campaign the analysts expect that Georgi Purvanov will come right after Stoyanov with percentage in the range of 15% and 19%. All four polling agencies mark tangible popularity growth for Bogomil Bonev.
