Iran to Suspend Uranium Enrichment

Iran has agreed to suspend uranium enrichment and allow unrestricted inspections of its nuclear program, Iranian official has said Tuesday after three European foreign ministers came to Tehran to press on the case. Iran, however, hasn't set a date for the steps. The country faces an October 31 deadline, set by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), to prove its does not have a nuclear weapons program as the US alleged. Otherwise, the IAEA will likely turn to the United Nations Security Council, which could impose sanctions.
