PRESIDENT FOR INT`N`L PATENTS CHANGES IN GENEVE

The Bulgarian President Petur Stoyanov said that the international patent system has to be reformed so that it becomes accessible for inventors and companies of the transition economy states. Stoyanov is in Geneve where he attended a session of the Political Consultative Council of the World Intellectual Property Organization. According to him, reforms in the international patent system will shorten the distance between transition and advanced economies.
