Six oil tanks at an oil refinery in Tomakomai on Japan's Hokkaido Island, that were damaged by September 26 earthquakes, could catch fire, local authorities have said. The refinery has already suffered two fires caused by the two major earthquakes that hit southern Hokkaido last month. Hokkaido fire officials said three crude oil tanks and three kerosene tanks were still vulnerable to the blazes.
