N Korea Nuclear Fuel "Reprocessed"

North Korea has reported it has finished reprocessing 8,000 nuclear fuel rods that could be used to make up to six nuclear bombs. These remarks were made by the North Korean Deputy Foreign Minister, Choe Su-hon, to the Chinese news agency Xinhua. Choe also reportedly said that the communist state was in possession of a nuclear deterrent and was continuing to strengthen it. He said it had no choice but to do so, because the United States had threatened it with nuclear weapons.
