Amid dissatisfaction from voters, under fire over Iraq and attacked over his domestic agenda, British Prime Minister Tony Blair faces the challenge to reassert his authority in a keynote address to the annual conference of his Labour Party, potentially his most difficult party conference since coming to power in 1997.A day earlier a poll for the right-wing Daily Telegraph showed that 74 percent of voters are dissatisfied with his government and analysts also expected Blair to argue for controversial reforms to jack up university tuition fees, and grant more management autonomy to selected hospitals.
